Garden Fresh Farms has designed and manufactures modular commercial indoor agriculture systems that can be configured for the size of the warehouse, consumer market size, variety of crops to be sold and the investors budget.
The farms can start in as little as 5,000 sq ft.
How to Buy the Farm
1. Garden Fresh Farms Licensee Programs
- Business license to purchase equipment, design and support
- Use of brand name and ability to locally supply national contracts
- Assess to latest equipment, methods and upgrades
- Technical Services
- Marketing Services
2. Managed Farms
- An investor or group of investors purchase the equipment, fund start up expenses and sign a management agreement
- Garden Fresh Farms will manage the farm for the investor(s)
- Daily operation, payroll, accounting and sales of products grown
- Profits are paid to the investor(s) with a full accounting
